"We had a huge leak from our kitchen sink into the basement. I called Doctor Rooter Plumbing at around 4:30 pm on October 3, 2013 and they said they'd be here between 5:30 and 7:30 pm that day at no extra charge. They arrived a little after 7 pm. They assessed the problem and said they would have to remove some pipping in the basement and replace it with new pipe. Doctor Rooter estimated a 3 to 4 hour time frame to replace it and said they would come back the next morning between 9:00 and 9:30 am to do the work. They arrived at 9:15 am and got right to work. It was a difficult fix. They kept us informed as the work progressed and finished the job about noon. Everything seems to be working great. They were extremely professional. Their estimate was exactly what they charged and I was extremely pleased with the result."
